All staff have the opportunity periodically to vote for a staff governor. The staff governor does not represent the staff body, but brings a staff perspective to discussions.

The Governance Professional provides support to the governing board ensuring that statutory requirements are met and that accurate minutes of meetings are prepared. The Governance Professional also handles correspondence for the board and maintains the utmost confidentiality.
