Year 2 - Beech Class

Hello and a warm welcome to Year 2 at Ombersley First School!

The Year 2 team consists of:

Miss Smedley - Class teacher

We aim to ensure that all children experience a smooth and seamless transition from year 1 into year 2 to complete their Key Stage 1 journey, thereby building on the foundations that the National Curriculum depends on.

Year 2 is one of the busiest year and exciting years in the school! During the Year, our pupils will be exploring ideas, discovering different ways to learn, and will be enjoying a variety of fantastic and new experiences. We will endeavour to instil a love of learning in each and every one of the pupils, and to inspire children's imaginations using our new, terrific topics!
