On a Friday morning we go to Forest School, during this time the children will have chance to explore the outdoor grounds. They will have the chance to build different objects, explore the outdoor musical instruments, search for mini beasts and take part in lots of nature walks. The children should have a pair of wellies and waterproofs in school at all times. The school can supply a purple all in one waterproof suit for a small cost, if you are interested please speak to the school office.
PE:
Oak class take part in PE on a Tuesday afternoon. Children are to come to school in PE kits. Please ensure that every item is clearly labelled
In maths we have been working on number and shape. We are getting really good at our maths skills.
We have been doing gymnastics this half term in PE.
We went on a hunt for spring around the school grounds. We found a surprising treat at the end of our hunt.
Mrs Green brought a baby lamb to visit is as part of our spring topic.
Take a look at all the other adventures we have been on this half term.
We had a visit from Droitwich Police. We talked about how the police help us and all the things they do. We got to try on the police uniform and even the handcuffs. We then went outside and got to go in the Police car and vans. Poor Mrs Mansfield got handcuffed and put in the van. Don’t worry she was let out again for good behaviour. We had lots of fun.
